About NFESD:
The National Forum for Environment and Sustainable Development (NFESD) is a Yemeni civil, non-governmental, non-profit organization that was established in Yemen in 2021. The forum is working in areas related to the environment, sustainable development in Yemen.
Responsibilities:
- Project Monitoring: Track project progress against established timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Issue Identification: Identify and document any issues, risks, or delays that may arise during project implementation.
- Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with project teams, providing updates, seeking clarification, and facilitating problem-solving.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of project monitoring processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to track progress, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., project management software, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience in project management, monitoring, or a related field is desirable.
