About NFESD:

The National Forum for Environment and Sustainable Development (NFESD) is a Yemeni civil, non-governmental, non-profit organization that was established in Yemen in 2021. The forum is working in areas related to the environment, sustainable development in Yemen.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Monitoring: Track project progress against established timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Issue Identification: Identify and document any issues, risks, or delays that may arise during project implementation.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project teams, providing updates, seeking clarification, and facilitating problem-solving.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of project monitoring processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to track progress, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., project management software, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience in project management, monitoring, or a related field is desirable.
